Yes!

Faithful Workouts
Mae is 70 years old and started exercising at age 50. She sent us this video of working out at home to Faithful Workouts. We hope it encourages you that age is just a number not a barrier to reaching your goals!

"Thank you Michelle for your kind words. I want others to know, that I never went to a gym, I like the comfort of my own home. If I had to go out of the house to exercise, I wouldnt have lasted a week. And I didn't start exercising until the age of 50. I just bought vcr tapes or taped exercise shows, and now dvds. As I got stronger I bought 2 pound ankle weights, then 5 pound, sometimes I put them both on. I have hand weights that go from 3 to 10 pounds. Depending on the exercise, I might double up on those. Like I said before, I'm stronger at 70 than I was at 50. I'm not on any medication, and the only time I was in the hospital was to have my 3 children. I surely have been blessed with good health, so I hope I can keep it. I found out, too, that your muscles respond VERY quickly! But if you're not consistent, they regress quickly too. When I finally was able to do 20 regular pushups on my toes, I was elated! So I quit doing them for about a month and I worked other muscles instead. When I went back to do my 20 pushups, I couldn't do it. I had to work myself back up to it, so it's like you said Michelle, it should be a lifetime commitment. It is so worth it!!"
