I provide holistic guidance in all areas of natural wellness, stress management through holistic coaching and biofeedback, hair mineral analysis, youth services in massage and health coaching, infant/baby massage instruction, herbal education, and survival education for outdoor and everyday life.  I create an open window and a stepping stone on your path to better wellness awareness.

Natural Helping Hands

Food#FoodFriday 🙌 I am often asked what's the #1 food to be found in my fridge and the answer is definitely GREENS! I put them in smoothies, eggs, salads, stir fry and on pizza just to name a few. My favorite is Arugula.

Greens are high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and a natural source of water to keep the body hydrated. Think outside the iceberg lettuce box too (which has very little nutritional value) and explore the wonderful world of greens 🥬

👉 Here is an easy recipe to throw together a delicious Arugula Salad:
6 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 c. arugula
Top with YOUR favorite veggies

What is a Holistic Health Coach?
A Holistic Health Coach is a trained professional who uses an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve their clients' health. Working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, they will look at their clients' nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more. A Health Coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement.

IT IS NOT ASMR
Beware of these people calling themselves “holistic health coaches”, triggering the brain without real connections, real touch, real interaction. Beware of this addiction. This is an addiction that REAL Heath coaches like myself, will have to deal with when this trend dies and stops working because it is encouraging connection with a device instead of a human, creation, and the real world around them.
