Natural Helping Hands

I have a program for this 😉 lets do it together.
If you are interested in a group, sugar blues seminar,
Contact me and we will work on setting a date.Have you been working hard to cut sugar from your diet but struggling with feeling moody, tired or irritable?

Don't worry. Sugar withdrawal is a REAL thing because sugar is highly addicting. As you cut out sugar, your brain is not very happy with you for withholding all the comforting and rewarding foods it thinks it desperately needs and your hormones are adjusting to your new food choices but here is the GOOD news! You're reducing your risk of a long list of health issues like diabetes, heart disease and cancer, your gut is healing and you are showing your body that you care enough not to keep feeding it foods that will harm it.

So during this period of sugar detox, take a deep breath, be gentle with yourself, ask God for strength and those around you for patience, make sure you are exercising every day to help your brain produce happy endorphins naturally (see brain, you really don't need the sugar!) and pull out your list of goals to remind yourself why you started this journey. Yes, change is not always easy friends BUT remember: Every day it DOES get easier 💪🙌
